Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our WordPress fix service.

How much does a fix cost?

Every fix is a flat €99 + VAT (total €121.77 inclusive of VAT at 23%). There are no hidden charges, no diagnosis fees, and no hourly rates. You know the price before we begin, and you only pay if we fix the problem.

What counts as a single fix?

A fix covers one specific WordPress problem. For example, cleaning a hacked site is one fix. Resolving a plugin conflict is one fix. Fixing a white screen of death is one fix. If your site has multiple unrelated issues, each one is treated as a separate fix. We are always upfront about this and will discuss it with you before starting.

How long does a fix take?

Most fixes are completed the same day, typically within 2-4 hours. We begin diagnosis within one hour of receiving your request during business hours. More complex issues, such as thorough malware cleanups, may take a full working day. We will give you an estimated timeline when we assess your problem.

What happens if you cannot fix my problem?

You pay nothing. Our no fix, no fee guarantee means we only charge you when the problem is resolved. If we determine that the issue is beyond our scope or requires something more than a fix (such as a site rebuild), we will be honest with you and suggest the best path forward, at no charge.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every fix comes with a 30-day warranty. If the exact same issue we fixed returns within 30 days, we will resolve it again at no additional cost. The warranty covers the specific problem we addressed, not new or unrelated issues.

What access do you need to my site?

We typically need WordPress administrator access (wp-admin login) to diagnose and fix most issues. If you cannot access wp-admin (for example, due to a white screen or a hack), we can work with FTP, SFTP, or hosting panel (cPanel/Plesk) access instead. All credentials are treated confidentially, and we recommend changing passwords once the work is complete.

Is my site data safe with you?

Absolutely. We create a full backup of your site before making any changes, so nothing is lost. Your access credentials are stored securely and deleted after the fix is completed. We are fully GDPR compliant and take data protection seriously. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you support all WordPress hosting providers?

Yes. We have experience with all major hosting providers, including SiteGround, Bluehost, GoDaddy, Kinsta, WP Engine, Blacknight, and many more. We also work with custom and self-managed servers. Regardless of where your site is hosted, we can help.

How do you communicate during the fix?

We communicate primarily by email. You will receive an acknowledgement when we receive your request, an update when we begin work, and a detailed summary when the fix is complete. If we need additional information or want to discuss the best approach, we will email or call you. We are also happy to communicate via phone if you prefer.

Do you work with WooCommerce sites?

Yes. WooCommerce is one of the most common WordPress platforms we work with. We handle WooCommerce-specific issues including checkout problems, payment gateway errors, product display issues, shipping calculation bugs, and conflicts with WooCommerce extensions. The same flat €99 + VAT applies.

Can you fix WordPress multisite installations?

Yes. We have experience with WordPress multisite networks and the specific challenges they present. Network-level issues, individual site problems within a multisite, and conflicts between network-activated plugins are all within our scope. Multisite fixes are the same flat rate of €99 + VAT.

Do you offer emergency or out-of-hours fixes?

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, and Saturday, 10:00 to 14:00. We do our best to accommodate emergency requests outside these hours. If your site has been hacked or is completely down, submit your request through our contact form and note that it is urgent. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

Because of our no fix, no fee model, refund requests are rare. You only pay once the problem is resolved and you have confirmed you are satisfied. If for any reason you feel the fix was not completed as agreed, contact us and we will make it right. We value our reputation and want every client to be happy with the outcome.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance plans?

Our core service is one-off fixes. However, if you need ongoing WordPress maintenance (regular updates, backups, monitoring, and priority support), we can discuss a tailored arrangement. Contact us with your requirements and we will put together a proposal.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice after the fix is complete and you have confirmed you are happy. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. We use Stripe for card payments, which is fully PCI compliant and secure.

What if my site needs more than a fix?

If we assess your site and determine it needs more extensive work, such as a redesign, a migration, or significant custom development, we will be honest about that. We will explain what is needed and can refer you to trusted partners if the work is outside our scope. You will not be charged for the assessment.

Are you based in Ireland?

Yes. We are a Dublin-based team. Our office is at 42 Pearse Street, Dublin, D02 YX88. We work with clients across Ireland, and because everything is done remotely, your location does not matter. Whether you are in Dublin, Cork, Galway, or Donegal, we can fix your WordPress site.
