Our Story

Fixed.ie started with a frustration that many Irish business owners will recognise. We watched too many small businesses get burned by agencies that charged by the hour for WordPress fixes, with no accountability and no guarantee of results. A simple plugin conflict could turn into a multi-hour invoice. A hacked site cleanup could cost hundreds, sometimes thousands, of euro. And if the agency could not fix it? You still got the bill.

We knew there had to be a better way. In 2024, we launched Fixed.ie with a radical (but really quite simple) idea: one flat price per fix, same-day service, and no charge if we cannot solve the problem. We believed that if we were genuinely good at what we do, we could make this model work. And it has.

Today, we have fixed hundreds of WordPress sites for businesses across Ireland, from one-person operations to established companies. Our clients come to us because they want a straightforward service: tell us the problem, we fix it, you pay a fair price. No retainers, no contracts, no surprises.

Too many business owners have been put off seeking help for their website problems because they do not know what it will cost or whether the person they hire will actually fix it. We remove that uncertainty entirely.
