- Service request details: Description of your WordPress problem, your website URL, any screenshots or error messages you share with us.
- Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles all card data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
- Technical data: Your IP address, browser type, and operating system when you visit our website. This data is collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
- Communication records: Emails and other correspondence between you and our team.
3. Why We Collect Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To diagnose and fix your WordPress problem, communicate with you about the fix, and provide the service you requested.
- Payment processing: To issue invoices and process payments for completed fixes.
- Communication: To respond to your enquiries, provide updates on your fix, and send you a summary of the work completed.

Your personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. Website access credentials that you provide are stored securely and encrypted at rest. These credentials are deleted from our systems within 7 days of completing the fix.

- Contact information and service records: 12 months after the last service we provided to you. This allows us to honour our 30-day warranty and respond to any follow-up queries.
- Website access credentials: Deleted within 7 days of completing the fix.
- Payment and invoice records: 7 years, as required by Irish tax legislation (Taxes Consolidation Act 1997).
- Website analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default, with anonymised IP addresses).
