Submit Your Problem
Visit our contact page and fill out the form with a description of your WordPress issue. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can diagnose the problem. Include any error messages you have seen, when the problem started, and what you were doing when it occurred. Screenshots are always helpful.
We will also need temporary administrator access to your WordPress site so our team can investigate. You can provide your wp-admin credentials securely through our form, or create a temporary admin account for us. We treat your access details with the utmost confidentiality and recommend you change the password once we are finished.
Tip: If you cannot access your wp-admin at all (for example, due to a white screen or a hack), let us know. We can work with FTP or hosting panel access instead.
We Diagnose & Fix
Once we receive your submission, a WordPress expert reviews your case within one hour during business hours. We begin by creating a full backup of your site so that nothing is lost during the repair process. Then we systematically diagnose the root cause of the problem.
Our team applies the fix carefully and methodically. We do not take shortcuts, and we do not make unnecessary changes. Every action we take is documented so you have a clear record of what was done and why. After the fix is applied, we thoroughly test your site across multiple browsers and devices to ensure everything is working correctly.
We keep you informed throughout the process. You will receive an email when we start work, and we will reach out if we need any additional information or want to discuss the best approach with you.
Review & Pay
When the fix is complete, we send you a detailed summary of what we found and what we did to resolve it. We invite you to review the fix on your site and confirm that everything is working as expected. Take your time to check things over thoroughly.
Only when you are satisfied do we send the invoice for €99 + VAT. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. If for any reason we were unable to fix the problem, you owe us nothing. That is our no fix, no fee guarantee.
Every fix comes with a 30-day warranty. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we will resolve it again at no additional charge.
