Pricing Questions
What counts as a single fix?
A fix is one discrete WordPress problem. For example, removing malware from a hacked site is one fix. Resolving a plugin conflict is one fix. If your site has multiple unrelated issues, each one is a separate fix. We will always be upfront about this before we start work.
Are there any additional charges?
No. The price is €99 + VAT, full stop. There are no diagnosis fees, no rush charges, and no surprise invoices. The VAT rate is the standard Irish rate of 23%, making the total €121.77 inclusive of VAT.
What if you cannot fix the problem?
Then you pay nothing. Our no fix, no fee guarantee means we only charge you when the problem is actually resolved. If for any reason we cannot fix your specific issue, we will let you know and you will not owe us a cent.
How does the 30-day warranty work?
If the same issue we fixed comes back within 30 days, we will fix it again at no additional cost. This covers the specific problem we resolved, not new or unrelated issues. We stand behind our work.
Do you offer discounts for multiple fixes?
If your site has several issues, get in touch and we will discuss a package price. We are always fair and transparent. For most clients, the standard €99 + VAT per fix is the best approach, as many sites only have one pressing problem at a time.
